Sam is an actor and writer based in London. He trained at Guildhall, graduating in 2021.

His television credits include A SPY AMONG FRIENDS directed by Nick Murphy for ITV, Michael Caleo’s SEXY BEAST for Paramount+ and DOCTORS for the BBC.

Short film credits include SPIRIT OF PLACE directed by Jack Cooper Stimpson starring Mark Rylance, MY SAD, ANGRY MAN directed by Damian Thomas and PRAYERS directed by Matilda Finn. Sam co-starred as Jack Barak in SOVEREIGN at York Theatre Royal directed by Juliet Forster, Mingyu Lin and John R.Wilkinson. Further theatre credits include, THE ARC: A TRILOGY OF NEW JEWISH PLAYS at Soho Theatre directed by Kayla Feldman, Peter Gill and Alice Hamilton’s SOMETHING IN THE AIR at the Jermyn Street Theatre, Hannah Hauer King’s THE JEW at the Kiln Theatre, FACELESS directed by Prav MJ at the Park Theatre.

Sam also writes. His debut series THE HOAX, co-written with Matt Mella, was picked up by Hat Trick and Jed Mercurio, and featured on the Brit List of Britain’s best unproduced scripts in 2022. They were recently brought in by Hat Trick to lead-write on a new true story drama and have set up their series LOVE ON THE RUN with Brock Media. Their original show GURU, a British-French true crime story, is set up with Urban Myth, and they are collaborating with Indefinite Films and Mintee on another original project. His solo work includes screen and stage adaptations of his grandmother, Gillian Freeman’s novels, THE LEADER, AN EASTER EGG HUNT and THE LEATHER BOYS.
