Leo graduated from The Lir Academy in 2020. He can currently be seen in the feature film YOUNG WASHINGTON, directed by Jon Erwin, playing the role of Christopher Gist opposite Sir Ben Kingsley and Andy Serkis. Leo recently wrapped on the new series THE RACHEL INCIDENT for Channel 4 directed by Megan K. Fox and Giulia Gandini.

His further film credits include COCAINE BEAR, directed by Elizabeth Banks for Universal Pictures. As well as, JOYRIDE, directed by Emer Reynolds, and ABOUT JOAN, directed by Laurent Larivière. The film premiered at the Berlin Film Festival as part of the Special Gala Programme in 2022. Leo also appeared as WOLF, directed by Nathalie Biancheri for Feline Films, which premiered at TIFF in 2021.

Leo's stage credits include the role of Jerry Devine in JUNO AND THE PAYCOCK opposite Mark Rylance and J. Smith-Cameron, directed by Matthew Warchus on London’s West End. Further theatre work includes THE GIGGLER TREATMENT by Roddy Doyle, and the role of Tenor in the Irish premiere of MASTER CLASS, at Smock Alley Theatre. Leo also wrote and performed in LET’S TRY SWINGIN’, which premiered at the Scene + Heard Festival in 2024.

Leo was named as one of The Top 50 People to watch for 2026 in The Irish Times.
